I.
Screens glow in our palms,
every silence interrupted—
thoughts shaped by the feed.
II.
Glaciers slip like tears,
oceans rising in protest,
but we check our likes.
III.
Cities never sleep—
neon moons replace the stars,
and no one looks up.
IV.
Children speak in code,
born fluent in algorithms—
birds forget their songs.
V.
Somewhere, hands still sow
seeds in dirt that knows their names—
the earth waits for us.
VI.
Blue light on our skin,
scrolling past a dying tree—
we forgot the wind.
VII.
Wind carries an old
song from before we forgot—
hope, still unmuted.
